Originaly designed as a power station to generate neuclear power and beam this back to earth. After the ban on uranium mining in 2301 the project was abandoned.

Ten of these proposed stations were re-deployed as transit space stations. The four neuclear reactor spheres were modified to be used as engines for use to maintain orbital stability.
